A priority is a big scene a player asks staff for first, like a heist or a pursuit. Only one runs at a time, with a wait before the next.
Ask
In game with

It runs
Approving from Discord also starts the in-game timer, when the server has one.
/priority shows the board, as the board channel does: whether a priority runs now and until when, the wait before the next, the scenes approved today, how to ask, and the zones where no priority may happen.
