Your team

Staff ask for time away, management approves or denies it, and Jellyn keeps track of who is on leave.

Asking for leave

  1. Run /loa request

In Discord, run /loa request. A form asks for the start date, the end date and the reason.

  2. Management decides

The request is posted in the LOA channel with Approve and Deny. Denying asks for a reason.

  3. On leave

Once approved, they are on leave for those dates. With a leave role set up, Jellyn gives it to them while they are away.

You can also ask for leave and see your own on the website: Manage leave of absences on your dashboard, or the Leave of absence page of a server.

For management

WhereWhat
The LOA channelEvery new request, with Approve and Deny
/loa listRequests to review, and who is on leave now
/loa status staff:@someoneOne staff member's leave
Leave of absence pageThe same records on the website, for the Leave of absence permission

Pick the LOA channel with /settings or on the Discord page. Without one, requests still work from /loa list and the website.
